Rashid Mpinganjira is highly-motivated development practitioner with over 10 years of experience in development work with a focus in agribusinesses, women empowerment, and livelihoods security and youth development. Mr. Mpinganjira has had extensive work with both government and non-governmental organizations. He worked with Ministry of Agriculture as agribusiness officer for 5 years prior to his work with African Institute of Corporate Citizenship (AICC) where he served as projects officer, monitoring and evaluation officer, resource mobilization manager and manager for women economic empowerment among others. He currently works with ADMARC as Divisional Manager responsible for Mzuzu and Karonga divisions. Rashid is also a serving member of national steering committee of Global Environmental Facility (GEF). He is an agricultural economist by training and holds a Master of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics and Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. He is currently pursuing doctoral degree in Transformative community Development. Rashid is confident that he will use his qualifications and cultivated experience to contribute towards Loving Arms Malawi to achieve its goal, mission and objectives.
