Willson Chivhanga is a Social Justice Gender Equality advocate with over 12 years’ experience working in the development sector across Sub Saharan Africa. He is currently the Executive Director of For Equality, a pan African organisation working to accelerate progress towards attaining gender parity in the continent by 2030. Previously, he has worked as Executive Director of Save Life International (Botswana); Global Transformation Network (Botswana and Zimbabwe) and DREAM Zimbabwe. Willson is an avid writer, gifted communicator, conference speaker and host. He is convenor of the Africa Gender Equality Conference – the biggest gender equality conference in sub Saharan AFRICA -; and the multi award winning #SheTalks dialogue platform. Willson is married to Madeline and together they have a son, Anotidaishe.
