Mama trainers facilitate the training of mothers in the community to provide mentorship and life skills to adolescent girls and advocate for their education. As well support the mother groups in championing community engagement and involvement.

Youth Mentorship
The Youth Mentors (young professionals) guide the youth on various issues including education, college choices, relationships, and careers. Mentors also civic educate the youth on how to engage and respond to democratic (politics and their role) and social issues (domestic violence, drug/alcohol abuse, and HIV/AIDS).
